The Wildflower Tour begins at the High School in Medicine Lodge at 8:30 a.m. with registration. A continental breakfast is served and a short presentation is given to familiarize you with some of the flowers you will see on the tour. Then it is off to a full morning of wildflower identification sites. After a guided tour you'll be treated to a drive through the beautiful gyp hills before enjoying a delicious barbecue lunch. The fee for the Wildflower Tour is $25 per person, which covers the cost of the continental breakfast, lunch, and transportation. Kids 12 and under are $15!
There is some uneven, pasture walking involved, but the day can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
